Farm Administrator

• Operating the weighbridge during the harvest period.
• General coordination of the yard including greeting contractors, signing them in, organising deliveries.
• Booking in stock and undertaking stock takes.
• Manage Fleetcheck, ensure records are kept up to date and maintenance is tracked and completed.
• Take responsibility for the running of BlackCat. First line contact for any queries regarding the system.
• Responsible for raising and receipting PO numbers through the ARM system.
• Manage the stock levels of PPE and ordering more when levels are running low.
• Monitor the servicing and MOT's of vehicles and booking in when required.
• Ensure policies and procedures are up to date in staff welfare areas.
• Support on ad hoc projects where required

• Previous experience in an Administration position
• Highly organised and computer literate in all MS office programs
• Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
• Good customer service skills
• Professional manner and a confident and effective communicator
• Must have the ability to work under own initiative.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
• Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety

Weekend and evening work will be required especially through the harvest period.
