What You’ll Do:
- Working closely with the Director of Governance and acting as the principal’s right hand, you’ll:
- Be the gatekeeper and primary liaison between the principal and key internal/external stakeholders.
- Own and manage a complex diary: from high-level meetings to national travel itineraries.
- Draft communications, prepare briefing notes, and ensure the principal is always one step ahead.
- Coordinate high-level leadership meetings, record actions, and track delivery against key milestones.
- Lead on internal events including College development days and awards ceremonies.
- Provide crucial admin support during Ofsted inspections and external stakeholder visits.
