Position: Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) per annum plus commission
Job Type: Full time/permanent working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Hybrid working)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client based in the heart of Leeds.
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through business development, cold calling, and account management activities. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts to maximise sales potential.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
