Shopper Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at Highland Spring. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns across grocery, convenience, wholesale, out-of-home, and export channels.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, and strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering successful shopper marketing initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that are customer insight-led and aligned with brand objectives
- Create and implement campaigns across Point of Sale (POS), digital, and experiential platforms to drive brand awareness and sales
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams, to deliver coherent and impactful shopper activation plans
- Lead the operational delivery of campaigns, managing briefs, creative development, artwork approval, and store communication
- Manage and collaborate with external creative, print, and experiential suppliers to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shopper marketing activities, identifying opportunities for optimization and future growth
- Serve as a “Brand Guardian,” ensuring all activity reflects Highland Spring’s brand strategy and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG Shopper Marketing or Channel/Customer Marketing
- Strong understanding of trade, consumer marketing, and POS solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and the resilience to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Passion for using consumer insights to shape marketing strategies
- Enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
