It's a clear pathway to be the technical expert within the maintenance team and support the engineers working underneath you taking on more responsibility. The company offer internal and external training courses on specific manufacturing equipment to further develop your skills and help you progress further.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast moving, high-volume environment
- Fault finding and maintenance support of automated production lines
- Lead all preventative maintenance activities and support the engineers.
- Act as the technical specialist on site, giving advice where needed.
- Capital expenditure activities
- PPM and breakdown assistance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- HNC Level or equivalent (Apprenticeship)
- Electrical Biased Maintenance background within a manufacturing company is essential.
- Any PLC experience would be a bonus
- (Fast moving Environment (high volume) would be desirable but not essential
- Proactive attitude
