Assistant Catering Manager - Stockport
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Catering Manager based at our unit for a premium sports brand in Stockport hosting VIP quests and events. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff and customers whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Step into the kitchen and support the head chef where required
- Understand and deliver all contractual terms
- Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard and look to up sell to increase revenue
- Ensure all products are correctly priced
- Effectively manage all in unit costs alongside the Catering Manager
- Monitor and manage GP alongside the Catering Manager
- Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained alongside the Catering Manager
- All food wastage is recorded and minimised alongside the Catering Manager
- Labour turnover is monitored, and team is fully recruited
- Ensure all food Prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
- Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries alongside the Catering Manager
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas alongside the Catering Manager
- Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested About You
- Previous Catering supervisor experience in a similar role
- Previous chef experience essential
