Change Management Specialist (Relevant Experience Required)
About The Team:**
This role of an operational excellence engineer is to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business.
**What You Will Be Doing:**- Role modelling the company’s DNA and team FRESH Values, inspiring others to do the same. Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Leading transformation projects to deliver value for the business in line with OKRs.
- Leading change initiatives to implement new equipment, processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identifying and mitigating project and operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth delivery and minimise disruptions.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and other necessary project documentation, such as progress reports and technical documents, in line with standards.
- Monitoring project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Collaborating and managing a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects.
- Evidence of leading and controlling cross functional projects
- 2+ years of project management or project implementation experience or a similar role
- Working with external suppliers
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Project Management certification & STEM Degree would be a plus
