Compliance and Maintenance Manager

The Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic team player as the Compliance and Maintenance Manager to join the estates team for the Hamblin Trust. The candidate will work in conjunction with the Head of Estates, Headteachers and the site team to ensure that high standards of compliance, health and safety and resource management are maintained at all settings.All of the role's responsibilities are to be performed across all schools within the Hamblin Education Trust - currently this covers Altrincham Grammar School for Boys and North Cestrian School. Job Purpose:
- 25 hours per week, all year role. NJC scale SO1 (£33,366 - £35,235) dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday plus overtime when required.
24 Days holidays per annum (plus bank holidays) – rising to 29 following 5 years’ service
