Our client is a full-service firm acclaimed as a leader and award winning across several practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to contribute to a sector that is experiencing significant growth. Whilst the location for this role is in Gloucestershire, we are happy to consider candidates from the West Midlands, and have the role work out of our clients offices there.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide legal advice on a range of employment law issues.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and client organisations to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
• Maintain and develop deep knowledge of employment law.
• Engage in business development activities and work towards the referral of work across the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mid-level PQE in Employment Law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Excellent drafting skills and strong commercial acumen.
• A passion for the employment law and niche sectors and a strong commitment to developing expertise in this area.
• Organised, ambitious, and detail-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
