Job Description- Assisting in the efficient running of the department
- Handling administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports
- Developing and updating administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolving administrative problems
- Coordinating office procedures
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
- A strong educational background
- Experience in secretarial and business support roles
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- An estimated salary range up to £26,000
- 25 days holiday plus BH's
- Pension scheme
- Hybrid working option
- Working hours of 37.5 hours per week
