We are thrilled to offer an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established and expanding training provider, recently rated as “Good” by Ofsted. Due to our continued growth, this company are now seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to become a key member of their dynamic team.

You will work closely with the Exams Officer and other Tutors to monitor and support learner progress, contributing to the overall success of our training programmes.
Essential Criteria for the Functional Skills Tutor:- A qualification or experience in delivering functional skills training at Level 1 and 2, both remotely and in person.
- Level 2 qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy.
- Experience in working with employers in a training or customer relations capacity.
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to work with e-portfolios and digital learning tools.
- Ability to motivate learners and ensure timely completion of their training.
- A full driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and a willingness to travel to employer sites.
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A reliable internet connection at your place of work.
- An assessor qualification.
- A relevant degree.
- Experience in Further Education or a similar environment.
