We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our client a luxurious 5-star country house hotel on the outskirts of Ascot. Main Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are impeccably cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Train and motivate the team to provide outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnover.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet the hotel’s exacting standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Requirements
-Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Applicants must hold a valid driving license due to the nature of the location.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary of £29,000 per annum, plus £3,000 service charge.
