HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The MDM Specialist is responsible for the governance, maintenance, and quality of master data within the organization, with a strong focus on SAP systems. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across various business functions, enabling efficient operations and informed decision-making.The MDM Specialist will contribute to the implementation, evolution, and support of master data solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, and in alignment with the broader Richemont MDM strategy. The role also involves participating in and supporting ongoing MDM-related projects, as well as providing support to users of the PLM system, ensuring the Joor application is ready for seasonal markets with accurate product data, and managing pricing uploads for all regions into SAP.

- Previous experience in master data management, with a strong focus on SAP
- Experience with SAP MDM or similar SAP modules
- Experience in the deployment of PLM & ERP IT solutions (a plus)
- Experience in implementing new systems (a plus)
- Experience within a product development and/or production function with significant experience in the implementation of IT tools is highly desirable
- Experience with PLM and Joor is a plus
- Experience with pricing data management in SAP is a plus
- Essential proficiency in SAP MDM and Excel (including data manipulation and analysis) - VBA knowledge is a plus
- Highly numerate and accurate with sound processing mapping skills
- Process-driven with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Well-organized and possessing a positive work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team (Essential)
