Interim Part Time Head of Finance outside IR35

This is a part time, three-day-per-week, six-month contract with flexibility on working patterns, including one day a week in their London-based office. Key responsibilities include:Preparing and delivering Financial Statements for Year End.Overseeing and finalising the budget for the coming financial year, incorporating rent-setting.Leading on financial reporting for Board and Committee meetings, ensuring high-quality outputs.Liaising with auditors and managing the audit process.Providing hands-on support to a small, experienced finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a strong sense of purpose and a respected reputation in the Housing sector.
