The Trust, Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an outstanding Year 6 teacher with strong leadership skills to help drive the school forward on its journey of improvement. We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher, to work with our committed, caring and hardworking staff, as we further develop our educational provision to raise aspirations and a love of learning for all.This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the New Headteacher and empower an amazing team to achieve its vision.

We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspirational leader who:
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising standards
- Has a sound knowledge of curriculum development
- Has a deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and practices
- Has experience of working in a school in an area of deprivation and meeting the needs of all children
- Has the vision and dedication to take on the challenge of joining the leadership team of this excellent school
- Is committed to serving our children, families and community
- Has a love of learning, which will inspire staff and children
- Will develop the learning culture of the school
- Will challenge and empower staff to be the best they can be
- Will foster children’s enjoyment of learning whilst ensuring high levels of achievement
- Will develop the respectful, responsible and reflective ethos of our school
- Is resilient, able to take on responsibility and meeting the challenges of leadership in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Has experience of restorative behaviour management systems
- Has a keen interest in the use of digital technology to develop teaching and learning
