Job Description- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
- Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients to meet their marketing and advertising needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the agency's offerings are clearly communicated.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the account management team to deliver the best client service and results.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the advertising industry.
- Create and implement strategies to differentiate the agency's services in the market.
- Provide insights to senior management on market trends and potential areas of growth.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative, media, and strategy teams to align business development initiatives with the agency's capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track, report, and analyze sales data, lead generation metrics, and business development performance.
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
