We are very proud of our pupils and the supportive learning community we have created.If you are the exceptional Sixth Form and Transition Pastoral Support and Engagement Officer that we are looking for, you will:Support the Senior Leadership Team and Progress and Wellbeing Lead for 6th form to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the sixth form within the school with lead in managing the welfare of this cohort of studentsHave a professional manner and approach; Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills ensuring an ability to deal with people/situations at all operating levels;Have experience of managing sensitive and confidential information whilst working within a secure and confidential environmentBe an excellent team player
