Day-to-day of the role:

• Process purchase ledger material accurately and efficiently.
• Code invoices directly to contract numbers and cost codes.
• Liaise with company administrators and buyers to resolve any invoice queries.
• Manage allocated supplier accounts and reconcile statements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
