Product Development - Private Markets

In this high-impact role, you’ll:
- - Lead the creation of private credit strategies (direct lending, asset-based finance, infrastructure debt) from concept to launch.
- Partner with investment, legal, operations, compliance, and distribution teams to translate strategies into investor-ready products.
- Embed automation and AI into product workflows, investor servicing, and reporting.
- Shape and refine operating models to enhance efficiency, risk management, and client experience.
- Manage global fund launches, governance, and cross-functional delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- - 10+ years’ experience in private credit, alternatives, product development, legal/structuring, or private capital operations.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complexity across jurisdictions.
- Commercial acumen to balance investor needs, operational feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with AI tools and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
