Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer services agent to join an outstanding organisation as part of their remote customer service agents.

****You will have customer service experience and be able to commute on site at their other offices including London/Essex once a month.

Customer Services experience required:

• Builds and maintains excellent customer relationships
• Guides customer through any general account or contract queries
• Resolve or re direction of complex customer issues
• Ideally someone self motivated and has a professional attitude with all clients
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and to KPIs
• Excellent written communication skills on email
• Providing customer support and advice by maintaining good knowledge of company products and service
