Job Description- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences
- Manage the customer journey, ensuring it is aligned with the company's objectives
- Collaborate with various teams to implement digital marketing initiatives
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these findings
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Implement creative growth strategies and plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Digital Marketing + CRM Manager' should have:
- Be an expert in using MS Dynamics 365 and Wordpress
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- An estimated salary range of £50000 - £60000
