SEN Teacher
Contract: Full-Time (Option for Permanent Contract)
Qualification Required: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team, supporting students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is open to both SEN specialists and mainstream teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.Whether you are primary or secondary trained, we welcome your application!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
- Create an inclusive learning environment, supporting pupils with varying SEN requirements
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and SEN coordinators to develop individualized learning plans
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience or a strong interest in working with children who have SEN
- Mainstream teaching experience is welcomed, with a commitment to SEN development
- Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
