• Engage and attract prospective students through various recruitment activities.
• Organise and manage student recruitment events and initiatives.
• Maintain and update databases of prospective students and recruitment activities.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure their queries are resolved.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on student recruitment activities.
• Develop relationships with schools and other educational institutions to promote courses.
• Stay updated on latest developments in the education sector and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Student Recruitment Officer should have:

• A provable understanding of community outreach, and converting this into student enrolments
• A solid understanding of student recruitment strategies and education sector trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders and students
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Salary up to £32,000 (offered salary depends on experience and qualifications)
