I am recruiting an experienced quality and compliance manager or a registered manager seeking a new challenge to join an amazing company overseeing several homes in the East Anglia area.
As a Quality and Compliance Manager your responsibilities include:- Overseeing the Quality and Compliance of several homes
- Ensure the homes are adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- Implement policies and procedures
- Carry out regular audits and inspections
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
- Managerial / leadership skills
- Experience in the same or similar role
- Must have a full UK license
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
