Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant 360:

  • Identify, Explore, and Maximise New Business Opportunities:

Actively research and analyse market trends to pinpoint potential clients within targeted industries.

Utilise networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

-Manage the Full Recruitment Life-Cycle:

Oversee the entire process from candidate sourcing through to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. This includes creating compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.

  • Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships:

Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders by conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions. Understand clients’ organisational goals and culture to provide customised recruitment solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to Branch Growth and Success:

Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and sectors for expansion.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies that enhance client acquisition and retention, while also contributing to overall team performance and revenue targets.

Skills:

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment business development experience with a proven track record of target achievement ideally within Maintenance sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Driven to succeed in a fast-paced working environment
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset
  • Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
