Customer Service Advisor – Accenture, on behalf of Virgin Media 02

Start date: 26th March 2025
Salary: £25,889 plus £1,000 sign on bonus and commission

Hybrid working: 50% office based (Newcastle - Cobalt Business Park), 50% home based (after completion of up to 10 weeks office-based training)

Shift patterns are Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm (including bank holidays) with the possibility of occasional weekends.

If you’re someone who likes speaking to people and solving problems – then this job may be a perfect match! Why not use your skills to make a difference and join our Customer Service team, supporting our Virgin Media customers. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers, all handling all sorts of queries – you could be helping someone with a simple billing question or something more technical that needs a bit more investigation.

As long as you have previous customer service experience (ideally gained in a contact centre) – and you’re helpful and calm and can easily build relationships – then we can train you on the rest.
