T45 Upkeep Programme Manager
Location: Portsmouth Naval Base
Salary: £80,000+ dependant on skills and experience. Plus executive package
What you'll be doing:
- You will be leading the successful delivery of a high-profile ship refit and capability upgrade project
- Ensure you manage project performance, budget, and outcomes through a team of managers and wider delivery teams
- Influencing strategic direction, resource planning, and policy decisions within your area of responsibility
- This role will require you to develop and manage detailed project plans, aligning with broader business and operational priorities
- You will hold full people management responsibility, including performance reviews, recruitment, and team development
- Ensure project governance and assurance activities are carried out effectively and in line with agreed delivery frameworks ul>
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proven experience in project management, delivering complex programmes or projects
- Strong leadership capabilities with direct experience of managing and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels ul>
Desirable:
- Experience working in engineering, operations management, or warship support environments ul>
