Managing Director
Our client is seeking an individual with experience and capability to be Managing Director of their growing IFA firm.
This unique opportunity is available to join an IFA firm led by highly experienced Senior Leadership team at the early stages of their growth phase. They have strong backing to enable rapid growth. They are looking to recruit an individual to take the Manager Director position (either upon joining or grow into the role).
The business has sight and realistic ability to achieve £100m FuM within 12 months of launch from a proven source of business. Combined with this lead source and undertaking acquisitions, their plan is to go onto achieve £1bn FuM within 5 years.You will be part of this significant continued growth.
Whilst they have a lead source already lined up which will help facilitate growth in the business, our client is looking for an individual with ability to bring some clients or ways to generate business. You will be provided fair remuneration for the advice you provide to clients, alongside remuneration for your Managing Director duties
This role will evolve as the business progresses and also be dependent on what you can offer to the business.
Criteria- You must have strong leadership and ability to create and deliver the desired results
- You should have clients or ways to generate business
- You must be comfortable working within a business at the infancy stage and adaptable
- You must have strong experience as a Financial Advisor and be able to lead from the front
- Remuneration to be discussed at interview depending on what you can offer to the business
- Potential equity in the business for the right individual
- Home based with once a month / quarter face-to-face business planning, likely to be held centrally
