Registered Mental Health Nurse
Hourly Rate: Up to £21- 5 hours per week
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our client's team and provide exceptional care for individuals with acute mental health conditions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advocating and supporting patients within a mental health setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and overall well-being.
Qualifications- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Demonstrated expertise in acute mental health nursing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-stress situations
- Strong grasp of evidence-based practice with a dedication to continuous learning and development
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to care
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and create tailored care plans
- Administer medications and closely monitor for potential side effects
- Offer therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Advocate for patients' rights and contribute to fostering a safe and therapeutic environment
- Maintain precise and current documentation of patient care and progress
