Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Production Operative to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

• Hourly rate of £11.44 per hour
• Full time hours
• 6am-4:30pm
• Monday to Thursday
• 3 day weekend
• Regular overtime opportunities paid at premium rates, x1.33, x1.5 & x2
• Temporary to Permanent role
• Clean environment
• Free parking

• Deburring/linishing of sheet metal
• Collecting and finishing products ready for final inspection
• Using hand grinders to grind out welds
• Manual handling and following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
• Meeting production targets to achieve customer expectations
• General housekeeping duties

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience of working as a fettler/grinder/linisher or sheet metal worker - ESSENTIAL
