We have an exciting opening at Minehead First School, following our recent growth in numbers.

The successful candidate will work alongside the allocated class teacher, assisting the children with their social and academic development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work alongside teachers and other staff to support pupils learning
  • Apply strategies to promote pupils’ self-esteem, self-confidence and independence
  • Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievements
  • Provide feedback to teachers regarding progress and outcomes from activities undertaken
  • Prepare the learning environment and resources under the direction of teachers

Rate of pay: £12.45 to £12.65 per hour
