An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large law firm whose reach spans nationally. They are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding team who can take ownership of their responsibilities which will include:
Running your own mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential Possession mattersDebt recovery issues
Providing advice to clients on property related queries
Drafting and reviewing any relevant legal documentation
Providing sound legal advice to a diverse client range
Attending Court hearings
