Warehouse Operative FTC
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton Telford, on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2025. Where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. We’re looking for individuals with great attention to detail and good IT skills to perform a range of warehouse, inventory, and administration tasks.
There will be a requirement to work 0800-1600 for training when you first join the team. Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.

- Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
- Completing a range of warehouse inventory
- Data input and related admin tasks
- Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse
- Undertaking local deliveries
- Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
- Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations
- Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
- The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required
- Excellent IT skills
- Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
