As part of this firm’s growth plan the firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its respected property department as an integral part of the team.
As leaders in its field, this firm is an established, successful and progressive Law firm, based in Reading town centre, offering a wide range of legal services to both private individuals and corporate clients.
The provision of excellent personalised client service is the focus of the firm as well as having a friendly, practical and efficient approach.
The successful applicant must meet the criteria set by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme to be able to be appointed in this role.
You will be responsible for the conduct of residential conveyancing matters including:
- Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages
- Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
- Transfers of Equity
- Equity Release Schemes
- New Build and Shared Ownership Sale & Purchases
Salary £45 0000 - £65,000 + fantastic array of firm benefits.
This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to assist in promoting, developing and marketing the Property Department.
