Position: Finance Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Bredbury
Working Pattern: Full Time (8 AM - 5 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Part-time options available 9 AM - 3 PM)

Hourly Rate: From £12.21 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Input: Accurately input invoices into the purchase ledger, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
Matching and Batching: Efficiently match and batch purchase orders and delivery notes (Pods) to facilitate smooth processing.
Query Resolution: Address queries from vendors and internal teams promptly via email and telephone.
Management Liaison: Collaborate with management on various issues and provide support as needed.

Telephone Communication: Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
A proactive approach to liaising with management and team members.

Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.
