Job Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end due diligence for clients, following AML and ID guidance, policies and procedures.
• Obtaining all identification required in line with regulatory requirements to ensure that both internal and external procedures are satisfied and adhered to.
• Assuming responsibility within the firm to improve client satisfaction, ensure efficient processes, and play an integral role in developing long-term client relationships.
• Pro-actively monitoring and managing client onboarding progress and proactively chasing clients to progress matters as quickly as possible.
• Working with the Head of Risk & Compliance to resolve matters relating to client ID and escalate where necessary.
• Liaising with partners, solicitors and support teams to provide progress updates as required.
• Maintaining and working through the emails in the Compliance mailbox and ensuring internal procedures are applied and followed.
• Monitoring alerts for clients and report any concerns to the Head of Risk and Compliance.
• Promoting a compliance culture to uphold policies and procedures across the firm relating to health and safety, IT, security, email and anti-virus policies, equality, and fair treatment.
• Carrying out ad hoc projects to support the Head of Risk and Compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge in AML policies and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation to ensure client due diligence.
• Previous experience ensuring compliance within a law firm.
