As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in both classroom management and in supporting students' learning and development.

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Provide one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Adapt learning materials to suit individual student needs.
• Support the social and emotional development of pupils, acting as a positive role model.
• Previous experience in the education sector is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• Enhanced DBS on the online update service.
