Electrical Supervisor

Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £46.60 per hour Umbrella / £35.26 per hour PAYE
Location: Reading
Hours of work: 66 hours per week. Day shifts - 11 on 3 off
Applicants must posses the following:- NVQ level 3 in electrical engineering
- IOSH managing safely certificate
- CSCS card in relevant discipline
- NVQ level 4 diploma in construction site supervision
- Ensure health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with staff representatives to resolve issues and disputes
- Ensure efficient communication across the various teams to ensure work is carried out as efficiently as possible
- Liaise with clients and contractors on any appropriate matters
- Ensure all auditable records are kept and managed accordingly
- Ensure compliance with permit systems
- Ensure works carried out meet scope and the required quality parameters
- Ensure progress records are accurately maintained and method statements are followed
