Part-time Hours: (Days may vary until role is secured)Pay: £120 - £140 per day
Location: Accrington, Lancashire
You will need to be able to build strong relationships to work collaboratively with the other part-time teacher and teaching assistants in your class.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with the children so that strong behaviour management can be promoted.
- Plan, prepare, deliver and assess children’s learning by identifying gaps.
- Create an inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
- Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum to help children achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure children can reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Excellent Safeguarding knowledge.
