Your duties will include payroll processing, data entry, and tracking agency invoices. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Helping process payroll for employeesManage data entry with a high degree of accuracyTrack and manage agency invoicesLiaise with colleagues, clients, and external contacts professionallyHandle office equipment and digital tools e.g., printers, CRM systems
Key Skills & Requirements:
Organizational Skills: Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail.Communication Skills: Clear, effective verbal and written communication. Able to interact professionally with all stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
Comfortable using office equipment and digital tools.Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinker who can resolve issues independently and manage unexpected challenges calmly.Time Management: Efficient in managing deadlines, able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating a welcoming office environment.Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes within the team and working environment.
