Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Northamptonshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – This is a new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Regional Law Firm. JOB REF: 8955.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
- You will be capable of running a full caseload of commercial property matters to include standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work.
- Some experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members
