Sous Chef- Outdoor Event Caterer – London - £38,000-40,0000My client is an award-winning Catering company, seeking a Sous Chef to join their growing team This role will work along-side the Executive Chef to deliver high quality food in a variety of high-volume settings.

Main Duties; Be a fundamental member of the team, cooking for private dining and large-scale eventsRun events independently from end to endCommunicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider teamMinimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies
Requirements; Passion for food and hospitality industry2+ years in a leadership role, managing a variety of events or a high-volume kitchenBe able to support the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen Have excellent understanding of running a successful kitchen and off-sight event
