Hourly Rate: Up to £12, depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for fostering the growth and development of young children and a genuine interest in creating a safe and fun environment to support their learning journey.
Qualifications- Recognized Qualification: Possess Level 3 in Early Years or above, providing a robust foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting children's development.
- Dedication and Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of dedication, expertise, and passion for early years education as a Nursery Practitioner.
- In-depth Familiarity: Showcase in-depth familiarity with child development, early years education principles, and best practices, informed by the latest research and industry standards.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong, nurturing relationships with children, adults, and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.
