Hourly Rate: £12.90 - £14 per hour

About the Role:
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will: ✅ Support students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), such as Autism and ADHD
✅ Assist in managing challenging behaviours✅ Help students engage with learning tasks and provide reading support
✅ Work closely with teachers to offer tailored support in the classroom
✅ Provide small-group and one-to-one support for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students

Who Can Apply?
You don’t need prior experience as a Teaching Assistant! We’re looking for individuals who have: ✔ A background in care, support work, or sports coaching with children (highly desirable)
✔ Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a caring nature✔ A genuine passion for supporting students and making a difference
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) preferredEnhanced DBS check (must be registered on the Update Service)
Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
