We have a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Managerbased in Bordon to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager- Lead and optimise warehouse and logistics processes across sites.
- Ensure efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
- Oversee warehouse operations including goods in, storage, inventory control, production kitting, Kanban and dispatch.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff.
- Ensure trade compliance and stay up-to-date on domestic and international trade regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse and logistics performance.
- Minimum of 10 years warehouse and logistics management experience.
- Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven Logistics expertise including procurement and domestic and international trade compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of import and export regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with experience using both warehouse management systems and ERP software.
