Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Northern Europe

What's the role?

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to search, identify and attract top talent to our Great Britain & Northern Europe corporate functions. It is an exciting time to join the global TA function - we are on a growth journey implementing our new corporate strategy as well as a global TA transformation on structure, processes and technology.

What does the role involve?
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our regional corporate functions, managing your stakeholders proactively to develop proactive hiring strategies from junior level to executive level hiring
  • Conduct job/industry market intelligence, candidate/competitor analysis and utilise strategic recruiting processes and tools to open doors to passive and active candidates
  • Understand your functional and geographical market, sharing insights to shape current and future hiring strategies
  • Creating and implementing the university attraction strategy for your area, building partnerships & engagement with key target universities
  • Regional hiring lead for our global outperformer leadership development program, taking responsibility for candidate attraction, stakeholder management and delivery of assessment centers
  • Support global & regional TA projects, acting as the regional lead to ensure localisation of projects
  • Acting as an indirect leader to the regional TA community, fostering collaboration, best practice and engagement
  • Deliver interview & selection training to hiring managers, keeping them up to date with best practice and always championing candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Lead data reporting & insights for your areas to key stakeholders to inform & influence decisions

What you need is:

  • Extensive experience of end-to-end recruitment in an internal talent acquisition partner position
  • Experience working in an international setting, working with a complex senior stakeholder landscape
  • Demonstrable sourcing & headhunting skills/experience
  • Project management experience as well as implementing new processes
  • Experience building proactive sourcing strategies & executing the plan
  • Analytical & data driven mindset to bring insights to confidently influence decisions & challenge status quo
  • Willing to be present in our Manchester office at least 50% of the week
  • Passionate about self development & career progression into leadership
