Senior Security Supervisor - 60 hours per week - Monday to Friday
The overall team objective is to ensure the security, safety and wellbeing of the site, visitors and to protect the property of the building, members and visitors against damage or theft; in accordance with procedures as determined by the site.

Shifts: Monday to Friday – Reachable OOHs
Job Requirements:
SIA Door Supervisor Licence required2 years Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector is required
IT and Man Management skills required
Willingness to learn and work with a team
Excellent communication both written & verbal
Excellent levels of customer service at all times
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
To have a smart appearance befitting the company
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Be calm under pressure - Have the presence of mind be able to defuse difficult situations
CCTV, First Aid, Fire-warden, qualifications are desirable
Job Role:
To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Client Representative(s).To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times when dealing with staff, and visitors to the site.
Assist the Site Manger in all areas of his responsibility and maintain a close working relationship at all times.
Supervise the team ensuring all officers are following site procedures in line with the client's requirements.
Ensure all Officers report for duty correctly dressed and in adequate time for handover.
To build and maintain relationships with stake holders
Able to make informed decisions under pressure.
Be able to liaise with external authorities and services as required
To ensure that the Daily Occurrence Book is maintained correctly and that all relevant reports are completed
Responsible for all staff under their direct supervision and ensuring that all staff wear correct uniform, appropriate personal protective equipment and are regularly briefedRespond accordingly to emergencies and incidents including fire and intruder alarms and assisting in the evacuation of the buildings where necessary
Provides necessary support and assistance to the Site Security Manager and site client in ensuring site is effectively managed
Confident in writing incident and shift reportsMaintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfare.
Ensure that all staff under your management is regularly briefed.
Carry out any reasonable requests made by CIS management.
Build a relationship with our main Control Room in order to both understand each other’s requirements
Flexible in the approach to daily duties
Job Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to security protocols and professional conduct.
Training and Development:
Conduct ongoing training for security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.Ensure that security officers are well-versed in the use of security technologies and equipment.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the security team.
Incident Reporting and Documentation:
Together with the building management team implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on incident findings.
Customer Service:
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour while interacting with building occupants and visitors.Address security-related inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
Emergency Response:
Assist in the implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.Participate in regular emergency response drills and exercises.
