About the role

The Student Record System (SRS) project is a major transformation programme focused on improving processes to ensure that the new system enables the University of Plymouth to offer an excellent experience to both staff and students. The University procured SITS by Tribal as the new SRS and we have delivered Release 1 for Admissions.

We are now supporting Release 1 in BAU, whilst preparing for Release 2 & 3 covering Enrolment, Curriculum and Assessment.

You will be responsible for performing Business Analysis activities during the SITS implementation phase of the SRS project, supporting one or more of the Project’s Strands. You will work with the business and developers, translating prioritised needs into business and technical requirements using your SITS experience, informing the system build and configuration.

Your work will cover both business and technical processes and may involve performing SITS system configuration.

For this role, you will need to be on site 2 days a week. Although we can acommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2025 due to Business Demand.
