The ideal candidate should be a proven asset gatherer with an existing book of clients and an established network of professional introducers. They should have the relevant level of qualifications and regulatory clearance. They will have gravitas and presence; be a good culture-fit; and be the kind of person who will thrive in a low conflict team-centric environment.
The candidate can be assured of full paraplanning and administrative support as well as the ongoing mentoring and encouragement from the Head of Wealth Planning.
