Location: London (+ extensive overseas travel)
Salary: £100-120K basic + competitive package

About The Company:

Our client is a leading £100M manufacturer of a range of textiles and fabrics for a variety of products with applications across the residential, commercial and healthcare space. They work with a variety of businesses, from small independent local shops to large multinational organisations supplying the materials they need to manufacture their own branded products.

With ambitious plans for growth, the organisation is looking to bring on board European Sales Director to drive sales across Europe as they look to establish themselves as the leading player in the market.

European Sales Director – The Role:

In this key role, you will be responsible for all sales activity across Europe. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, in line with the company goals and objectives, focusing on driving growth through existing and new clients. You will work closely with the country Sales Managers, supporting them on crucial deals and providing them with the tools and guidance to drive success.

European Sales Director – Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and expand their customer base across Europe
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to set short- and long-term sales goals, and assist in key account plan development for strategic customers
  • Drive input for marketing and operations alignment with sales strategies and conduct regular performance evaluations

European Sales Director – You:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a multinational organisation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel internationally
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
